Corporate Package

Corporate travel can be rough on a person so at the Mayflower Inn & Spa, we work to make your experience as relaxing as possible. With our corporate package booking, you can expect breakfast, lunch, and dinner, refreshment breaks, fitness and spa access, and wireless connection throughout the entire property. You are also able to use the meeting space, AV equipment, and a reception will be held prior to dinner. Make sure your corporate stay goes smoothly with this package.

Planning Assistance

A Mayflower Inn & Spa coordinator is always on hand to attend to special requests and ensure that programs and schedules run efficiently. Meetings are hosted mainly in the Teahouse while other activities such as team building and group meals are organized in other property locations. Activity venues include Spa House, Fitness Club, the Labyrinth and even the local golf club. The coordinator plans your event with you from beginning to end making your New England retreat unique to your wants and needs. The personal attention doesn’t end there; your program is managed by the same coordinator while you are on property enjoying yourself.

Meeting Space

The Teahouse of this Washington, CT resort, by virtue of the fact that it is a separate house, offers the critical retreat component of complete privacy. A three minute walk down the flagstone path, The Teahouse is a classic country cabin with a stone fireplace and deep leather chairs.

The 1,200 square foot meeting space is complimented by a 400 square foot breakout room, just downstairs. A full complement of audio visual equipment, 2 direct dial phone lines, private fax machine, copy machine, T-1 access, and 2 additional phone lines are on the Teahouse premise making the Mayflower Inn & Spa an ideal New England Retreat for businesses.

The Billington and Eaton Suites are suited for breakout rooms or retreats for up to 10 guests.

Meals

Recognizing that each retreat has its own character and personality; The Mayflower Inn & Spa is flexible to the services and needs for each. Meals can be taken in any of the meeting spaces, private dining rooms, the veranda, or The Mayflower Restaurant. Depending on the agenda and guest preferences, we offer plated, buffet, or a la carte meal service. Our Head Chef and Sommelier take great pride and pleasure in creating special menus and wine pairings for each group.

Activities

The Mayflower’s experienced staff can coordinate any number of activities-team building, golfing, spa treatments, relaxation classes, private antiquing tours, or biking through the Litchfield Hills.
